What is Gluten free diet?

Check the label when buying amaranth, buckwheat and quinoa. These can be contaminated with gluten during processing.
Other gluten-free foods include:Fresh meats, fish and poultry (not breaded, batter-coated or marinated),Fruits,Most dairy products,Potatoes,Rice,Vegetables.Wine and distilled liquors, ciders and spirits#

  • Red chili powder (as desired)
  • Water for making the dough.

Tips

Make a puree of 4 tomatoes. Soak some rice for 30 minutes and grind it coarsely. Add this to the pureed tomatoes. Apply this mixture all over the body and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Bathe with warm water; this is a good scrub recipe for oily skin.
