Tomato soup (without butter or cream)

This is very easy tomato soup recipe where no butter or cream is used, Its is specially useful for weight watchers and those who are on dieting, or people having high cholesterol that need to restrict oil, butter intake.

  • 4 medium size tomatoes
  • 1 small carrot – peeled and cut in to big pieces
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1tsp black pepper powder/ as per taste
  • 1tsp jeera powder (cumin seed powder) as per taste
  • 1-2 tsp sugar (optional).

Dieters should avoid sugar, since we are adding carrot the soup will not be much tangy or can add artificial sweeter.

Green soup

  • 1/2-cup green peas
  • 1-cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2-cup fresh corn crenels
  • 1 large carrot

  • 3-4 large tomatoes
  • Salt as desired

Mixed vegetable soup

  • 2-3 large tomatoes
  • ½ piece of lauki (bottle gourd)
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon salt or as desired
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • A pinch of black pepper

Tips

Massage hair with warm coconut oil an hour before washing. Take some petals of hibiscus and grind it in the mixer. Apply this paste to your hair and then rinse it. For better result you can boil a few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil. Filter this oil and use it to control hair loss and thinning, you can also use Jaborandi oil which is again an extract of hibiscus flower.
