moong sproutsIngredients

  • 2 cup sprouts green whole moong beans (moong dal )

  • 1-2 green chillies

  • ½ fresh coconut cut in to pieces

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic

  • 1-2 red chilly whole (as per your taste)

  • Salt as per taste

  • 8-10 whole coriander seeds (whole dhania) or 1 tsp dhania poweder

  •  Very small piece of tamarind (Imli)

  • ¼ mustard seeds

  • Small piece of jaggery- optional

Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:

1-tablespoon oil
¼ glass of water
1-onion chopped
1-tomato diced
1-green chili chopped
100gm-paneer chopped
1-teaspoon salt.
½-teaspoon red chili powder  (or as desire).
½ teaspoon garam masala.
½- teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder

How to Brew Green Tea

Ingredients

green-tea100ml water
1 green tea bag
Sugar as per requirement (mixing sugar can be optional)

Method of preparation:

Boil 100 ml of water in a pan.
Switch of the gas burner once the water had boiled.
Add the tea bag and let is stand for two minutes.
Dip the bag seven to eight times and sweeten it with sugar as desired.
Serve.

Green tea is best-enjoyed light brew without cream or sugar.

Tips

Mix equal amounts of Cucumber juice and Lime juice and apply them to your face before taking bath; wait for at least 10 mins. Your complexion will improve.
