Method of preparation:
Chop all the different fruits mentioned above and add lemon juice, honey, salt and some chatt masala toss and mix and serve.
Pineapple, corn and mint salad:
Ingredients:
1-cup corn crenels boiled
1-cup pineapple chopped
1-cup boiled sweet potatoes chopped
1- tablespoon lemon juice
1- teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
A few pieces of raw cashews
A few black raisins
A few chopped mint leaves
Method of preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and then chill in the refrigerator for half an hour and then serve, enjoy.
