fruit saladHealthy-delicious colour ful fruit salad to control your weight

Ingredients:

1-Cup red apple chopped
1-Cup green apple chopped
1-Cup pomegranate
1-Cup orange skinned and sliced 
1-Cup pear chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-tablespoon honey
Salt to taste
chat masala or black salt

 

Method of preparation:

Chop all the different fruits mentioned above and add lemon juice, honey, salt and some chatt masala toss and mix and serve.

  

Pineapple, corn and mint salad:

Ingredients:

1-cup corn crenels boiled
1-cup pineapple chopped
1-cup boiled sweet potatoes chopped
1- tablespoon lemon juice
1- teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
A few pieces of raw cashews
A few black raisins
A few chopped mint leaves 

Method of preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and then chill in the refrigerator for half an hour and then serve, enjoy.

Tips

Soak some methi seeds in night and in the morning make the paste of the seeds and apply it to your scalp. After 1½ - 2 hrs rinse it with plane water. This will strengthen your hair and make them dark and shiny.
