Can you tell me what type of meal, food should be eaten to gain weight?

Drink protein poweder twice daily with milk. Eat 3-4 eggs in breakfast, have 2-3 bananas everyday. Put ghee in your rice or roti.
Moreover, do exercise regularly after having protein rich diet.
