I am a software professional and i am suffering from back pain. What should I do ?

Ans: Hello, since you are software professional I assume that your work involves sitting on the desk in front  of computer for long hours. Continues sitting position leads to stiffness of back muscles causing backache. You are advised to do back muscles stretching exercises regularly with regular walk for about 20- 25 minutes/day for at least 5 days a week. for time being you can take pain killer medicine or NSAIDs.

The environmental triggers are main contributing causation of the allergic asthma, and most of them can be prevented by avoiding or minimizing the exposure to environmental triggers. A derivative of the Indian curry spice turmeric could offer a new treatment hope for sufferers of the painful condition tendonitis

Curcumin, which gives the curry spice turmeric its bright yellow colour, could be helpful in treating painful inflammatory conditions, such as tendonitis and arthritis, according to researchers at the University of Nottingham in the UK and Ludwig-Maxmillians University in Munich in Germany. Their studies show that curcumin can be used to suppress biological mechanisms that spark inflammation in tendon diseases.

Physical Activity Aids Recovery and long-Term Health of Cancer Survivors, Report Shows

 Cancer patients can reduce the risks of side effects and cancer recurrence by exercising regularly, a new report shows.

The report, "Move More: Physical activity the underrated 'wonder drug,'" from Macmillan Cancer Support in the U.K., says that 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week, the amount recommended by the U.K.'s four chief medical officers, is the minimum amount required to see the benefits.

Moderate intensity activity includes exercise such as cycling and very brisk walking, but also household tasks such as heavy cleaning and mowing the lawn.

  • 1 medium sized orange separated and segmented
  • Cut pieces of ¼ of medium sized papaya
