The word stress is generally used for the worries and anxiety a person is facing in day to day life. The constant stress and pressure can cause physical or mental side –effects. On the other side a little worry or anxiety is needed to keep a person motivated and makes person to work harder.

The different people worry in different ways for different causes e.g. exams, divorce, marriage, shifting to new place, planning for holidays, health problems, work tension etc, It is important to recognize the building up of stress before it overpowers one’s life and causes serious problems mentally or physically.

Common signs and symptoms of stress includes

  • Over reacting to criticism
  • Being more irritable on small matters
  • Confused feeling, don’t know where to start from, inability to take decisions
  • Feeling of guilty when relaxing
  • Sleep problems or early waking up
  • Increased alcohol consumption or smoking
  • Difficult to concentrate
  • Physical health problems like headache, indigestion, loss or increased appetite
  • Nail biting or increased compulsive activities
  • Feeling tense all the time

    Tips to Deal with Day to Day STRESS 

Stress is a part and parcel of everyone’s life. It is important for us to cope with it and not allowing it to empower our mental or physical health. Here are some tips to cope with stress. By adopting simple lifestyle changes we can easily reduce the worries and anxieties.

  • Laughter is a great stress buster. Adopt any activities that makes you laugh e.g. watching laughter videos, movies or show, Be a member of laughing club, play with kids etc.
  • Learn to say “NO”- whenever you are unable to fulfill the demand placed on you, and walk away from stressful situation. Do one thing at a time.
  • Friends- spend time with friends having positive attitude. Discussing problem with them will help to find the solution of the problem or at least it will ease your stress.
  • Accept help- don’t hesitate on taking help from friends and relatives. You must be aware or your limitation, try not to be more competitive beyond limits
  • Shout, scream or even hit a pillow to allow the steam to let off. Do it safely in a room.
  • Learn relaxation technique like yoga, meditation, exercise and practice it regularly.
  • Find time for yourself and do the activities you like most, develop hobbies like reading, gardening, music etc. spend quality time with family and children
  • Instead of cigarette munching of healthy snacks would help you to quit smoking.

    I still feel stress from time time and understand what produces it. By exercising every day, getting enough sleep, doing things I enjoy, using the anti stress nutritional products I also sell, and accepting the stresses that come as a part of life, I deal with it pretty well.

    diversion of the conscious mind is the key to successfully ridding yourself of anxiety.dont hold on to memories of your condition about anxiety or stress.stop leaning on other people.stop talking about your condition means speaking alot about anxious situation will alive anxious thought.stop researching alot about condition.meditation .relaxation.yoga.regular exercise will reduce adernalin.and will help some specific food and alcohol stimulate sympathic response.acidic food are bad.
